I had a Plime dream last night. That makes 3 so far, I think.

I was at sykeo's house, and he was WAY younger than I thought he would be. We were sitting in the living room waiting for someone to show up. Sykeo kept leaning down to the coffee table doing something that I couldn't see... almost like he was doing lines of coke or something. Someone DOES show up and it's DEP. And it turns out that his name actually is Don Teatpoop. He won't sit anywhere because he's really uncomfortable, and we all just kind of sit/stand in awkward silence.

STRANGE.

So I hung out with a friend who I haven't seen in a while, and ended up spending 3 nights at her house.
In that time, I had to be taken to the emergency room, we got the cops called on us, stalked a man, saw my ex fiance, became a drug dealer, ruined my credit, almost got into way too many car accidents to count, nearly dropped my camera while trying to get a good shot out the window while going 70, was given a $200 dollar ring by a guy who is now my boyfriend, pawned my old engagement ring, watch a dog eat it's s**t, hooked my friend up with a boyfriend, was drawn twice, confessed my love for a Plimate, found a bunch of fresh bruises, almost set macaroni on fire, flung alfredo in a fancy restaurant, peed my pants, stole pee cups from the hospital, harassed some pedestrians, and have developed a grudge against vending machines.

Have I mentioned how much I missed Monica?

I'd redone the education colours a while ago, but for some reason they're changed back.

I think you can just go ahead and change them, but don't be offended if anyone else changes them at a later date. I think this thinking should apply too all of the categories and their colours.

Nice. I'll wait and see if anyone else has any thoughts before I change it.

*edit* I just tried applying the colour changes to the Animation page as I thought I'd change it now in case my pc crashes or anything and I lose the colours I chose and it can always be changed back if no one likes it.

As I said to Mersh, change it. If many people hate it, or it burns our eyeballs, someone else can always modify it.

I personally would like to see category colours changed infrequently. Plime is a dynamic place, so why not change our decor as well?

No, but you did manage to change the colors. I'm blinded by that yellow background.

Mersh, those education colours are depressing! I want to change them, but I'll wait a while. Then, if you don't like mine, wait a while and change them. I like changing things.

Hubbin is still away, but he's thinking of me. :) He had lunch with my Mom and sister today, and is now shopping with them (I pity him--neither of us are shoppers, while my Mom and sister can spend hours wandering through a store). While perusing The Cupboard", he found a single size full plane grater. I've been looking for one for a while now, so he took a pic with his cell phone and asked me if I wanted one.

I haven't been frequenting Plime as much due to finals so I haven't been posting and, before today, the last time I was upvoted was like for days ago.
Anywho. Back to the grindstone. Chinese vocabulary calls....

We went to Organ Stop Pizza tonight and the music reminded me of the by far Coolest Wedding I Have Ever Seen.

It was when I was in college and took part in the local Medieval Recreation group. There was a feast planned for the annual Battle of Hastings, and these two were getting married at the feast.

It was amazing. The ceremony was sung in Latin by the Germanic History professor who was an ordained minister of the Pagan faith, and there were 12 pikemen who lined the hall, six on a side in chainmail armor and coat of arms, each holding a 15 foot tall pike. Torches provided us light, and afterwards we danced to ancient music for four hours straight. AND had the feast as well.

It was really really cool.

Yeah--Mom and sister drove up from Denver, he drove down from Cheyenne, they met at Jax, then went to lunch and shopped Old Town for a while. He's in Cheyenne through Thursday, flies back to me Friday.

Edit to add...The Cupboard ROCKS! I love that place. I have to go, everytime I'm in town.
