your real post had some really good points to it. I actually think my school might be a "prision" school but I have no other schools to compare it to. Im friends with some of the security guards at my school (unarmed btw) I might show them that exact post and see what they say. Do it, man. The point is NOT whether the threat was real...nor if they found actual weapons. The point is that every time someone puts some f*cking threat on their MySpace, or the bathroom wall, or tells a friend...you do NOT go and skip school, hide and cry. You DON'T sit under your bed after calling in sick to work because some d*ckhead said he was going to blow up the subway system.
I refuse to give some c*cks*cker the right to make me afraid. The second I do, THEY WIN. They can post as many threats as they want, and I will end up peeing my pants with terror each and every time. F*CK. THAT.
You can bet that someone else...maybe not the same kid...but someone else WILL do this again. Why? Because it worked the first time. And every single time the schools are emptied from people hiding from a threat scribbled on the walls, it give them more power over us. It makes it that much easier for the one who really does do something. Because a group of people cowed by fear and terror is nothing but a bunch of sheep waiting to be gunned down. But a group of people who refuse to be raped by terror, who will stand up to it and say NO...THAT is an Army.
