I think I am relatively clean (I don't smell) I wash my hair every other day, don't usually wash behind my ears (at least I don't focus on it) I give my feet a super good scrub every other day because of my dry skin... everything else is pretty normal O suppose.

However I am horribly when it comes to flossing, I might remember to do it once a week.

When I'm in the city, I'm a clean girl. I shower every evening (after my run), and I have like 8 different bottles of girlie things in my shower!


When I'm in the field......well....... it can be months without a shower, and when the lakes are freezing cold..... well.... let me put it this way: my field pants have never been washed. Ever. One pair is 3 seasons old, the other is 2 seasons old. (I always have clean panties, though!!) I'll swim to wash when I can, so in the middle of summer I bathe every day. We have a shower in drill camps, so I'll shower every 2-3 days in the spring/fall when I'm in one. I'm a dirty, dirty girl in the field.

I probably count as fanatically clean.

I shower at least once a day. Everything gets the same scrubbing, behind my ears, my belly button, all the bits. I floss daily. I wash my hands before and after going to the bathroom. When I'm baking, I clean the entire kitchen first, then wash my hands anytime I touch a 'non-cooking' surface.

On the topic of smell...Citrusy.

I am slightly neurotic about hand washing. I don't do it 20 times a day and count while I am doing it, but I venture to guess at least 10 times a day. I floss daily. I have to if I want to keep my teeth. Body powder and spray after my shower. Otherwise you might not want to be too close to me. I learned if you spray your clothes instead of your body with your cologne it will last longer. I do both. Lotion to keep the hands soft. Exciting isn't it?

Like Chinook, I'm clean in the city, but get me out in the country and I'll go days without getting clean.

At the lake, I'll get at my hair with biodegradable shampoo every few days, and I usually get a wax before I go, but that's about it for hygiene. I'm always secretly proud of my natural musk.

At home, I shower every day, but only wash my hair every other day. It was really greasy when I first started, but now that I do it all the time, my hair is so much healthier.

I'm so anal about teeth. Brush twice a day. Floss and mouthwash too. Cleaning at the dentist every four months. I hate bad teeth.

first my wife puts out a box for me and fills it with special dust. then i roll around in it for about 30 minutes. Chinchilla baths are great! Sundays are fairly special cause i usually go out back and wallow in my own s**t! its invigorating!

(really once a day for about 15 minutes in a hot shower, and I'll scrub me "boys" for as long as i like.. thank you very much! they're mine damn it!

Here's how the Molly maintains cleanliness:

I brush my teeth every morning and after eating sweets (because they feel dirty then). I sometimes skip the bedtime brushing if I'm too tired.

I shower about once every other day, more if I get dirty (like in the summer). The water is always room temperature because I don't like warm water and cold water sucks. I start the shower off with standing there and getting use to being wet. I then wash with a black loofa and a pink shower gel (the kind changes, but it's always pink). Then I shave miscellaneous parts of my body. I always shave parts of my legs but I rarely have the attention span to shave them entirely. I then wash my hair. I alternate between Tresemme and Aussie. Both stay in my shower at all times and I just use which ever one I feel like using at the time. Then I rinse very throughly. Rinsing probably takes the longest. I love rinsing. When I turn the water off, I rub my hands over my entire body to get excess water off (it's easier on the towels). Then I dry my hair a little bit with the towel, brush my hair and put it in a pony tail. I wash my face when I feel like it and I wear deodorant. I don't use make up and I'm really tired of typing so yeah

I just got out of the shower. I smell like soap, and I'm warm from the hot water. Its nice.

So... Shower daily. Shave legs and underarms frequently. Brush teeth once/twice a day. Always wear deodorant and clean clothes. Wash hands frequently... The norm.

I'm not uber obsessive about being clean, I usually shower every other day due to forgetfullness, or just being distracted playing games or music.

The dirtyness of my family's bathroom due to a crappy drain(the water usually gets up past ankle level when I shower), and the fact that spiders sometimes find their way into the shower(They freak me out a LOT for some reason... one was in the shower once, and I finished bathing in the sink while I was crying and hyperventilating. :D), I'm not too fond of showering either...

But when I do... it's awesomely weird. We have this crazy brush thing that leaves your skin red and hurty... I use it every time.

So a summary(because I ramble on a lot, and chances are, nobody is going to bother reading all of that), I'm not too rigid with my personal hygiene, but when I get around to it, I can be a cleaning nut. Sorta... >>

I clean daily usually following the SSS protocol. I hate having to shower before I s**t but that doesn't happen much because I rarely shower before 11 am. I shave on Fridays, and whenever I have to meet with clients, or if I think there is a possibility of me getting laid.
I wash with TJ's Oatmeal and Honey bar soap. I wash my body about evenly, except for my ass and crotch, it NEED a clean crotch and ass, if not I'm not a happy camper. If there is an area I neglect cleaning it is probably my feet, which are big and ugly anyway. About once a month I trim/shave my pubes and shave my balls.
