Yes my fellow Plimians, I am back from my very long and surprisingly dangerous journey to Ohio.

The new townhouse is gorgeous and we've finished the paperwork to move-in within the next 2 weeks. I have to say whoever suggested for me to buy sun lotion I owe you so much. My left arm is slightly crispy but not as bad as it would've been if I had not had the lotion.

So yes my friends, I will soon be an Ohian. After braving insane weather, rowdy truck drivers, brush fires, tornadoes, caffiene-induced hallucinations, severe road vision, treacherous mountains, and exhaustion I will soon be joining the ranks of the beloved Northern maniacs.

I will post some pictures as soon as possible. Its great to finally have internet again!!

Yay! She returns to our beloved Plime once again! You should go into further detail about those hallucinations. From what you told me, it was much more interesting than just "caffeine-induced hallucinations", which is a pretty interesting phrase anyways. Welcome back, Aggie. :D

Well, what had happened was I drank one of those 6-hour booster drinks(I nomally can't drink caffeine because it puts me to sleep but I thought this would be different because it had natural herbs in it). I drank it right after leaving the Wafflehouse in Georgia and within 10-minutes I started feeling funny. It started geting dark and I was noticing theverythin seemed to kind of warp. All of a sudden the truck in front of me sprouted neon arms and was waving at me. Then the lines in the road started hovering 3 feet above the ground and then the construction cones(which were organe and white) sprouted Nemo heads. I had to pull over for an hour to calm myself down before I coud head out again.

*snort*

They are! They are hardcore into their football teams and wrestling. I got lectured by a vietnam vet named David on the importance of not only the sport but at how great the Buckeyes are.

I'm not questioning the fact that they are likely maniacs, I was more laughing at the "northern" part.

We're hardcore into our skidoos and beer. I got lectured by an old sourdough once on the importance of good whiskey.

I think we out "northern-maniac" Ohio any day!



Now for the real important part: Are you still in for the postcard swap this time around, or will moving get in the way?

It will have to wait until I move, which will be in another 2 weeks.

Now that I live in CA people constantly ask me, "you're from Ohio right?"

"No, Idaho."

"Oh right, but they're pretty close?"

"Yeah... they're both east of CA..."

1.) Never, EVER eat at the Awful House. (Waffle house) Ew.

2. Most Ohioans are into football. Ohio State is awesome but I am non denominational in college ball until my son goes to college and I will root for whatever college he ends up at. I have been known to wear my hubbys Michigan jerseys, sweatshirts and hoodies because I love the blue and yellow.

As far as professional ball goes, I am a DIEHARD Steelers fan. (Married to a Browns fan) I am very serious about football and hang out with many other Steelers fans.

Sorry, but the Browns suck. My hubbys favorite saying is....

"there is always next year!"

Oh god do the Browns suck... Steelers are rebuilding no? Or are they still in denial that they need to start rebuilding? :P

Yay, I'm a roundhead! BTW I saw a street in Virginia(i think) I was in call Punt St. I wanted to pull over and take a picture of it with me holding the letters "he" on the end bu alas, the po-po we everywhere and I could not cut across 3 lanes of traffic to get it. I'll try next time though.

I am glad you survived the mad truckers out there! I told you they were insane! Once was enough for me. Glad hear you are back and safe. Careful with your move, and stay away from the Waffle House and the high energy drinks!

I'm addicted to the waffle, though!! Its in my dreams and my every waking thought! Pretty soon, it will consume me so much it will counteract my Plime addiction!!

No one disturbs me during NFL season.

San Diego plays the Steelers in Pittsburgh this year, maybe we should all meet at the game, huh??

OK, the fish place one I like, but the gospel one I'm not sure. I'm not really into gospel music.

It's southern gospel with great food. I am not sure I will like it either, but I wanna go!
