When I buy pants I cut the pockets out... for all the obvious reasons.

Receipt for 2 small cups of ice cream from Cold Stone.

Debit Card.

DEP this is great, I just went through the pockets of my shorts, they're ones with loads of little pockets in the legs and stuff, and I just found a 10 note I didn't know I had! w00t

Other than that I've got:

Lighter
Swiss army knife
Small plastic bag
Donor Card
A wrapper from a throat sweet that's been through the wash

The usual, my cellphone and some chapstick.

I have some 1m patch leads, a set of earphones, and some fluff

Well, OK, I empty my pockets. There is a wallet and two folding knives in the left pocket, my keys and 2 more folding knife in my right pocket (I need one knife to cut fruit and hard things, one that doubles as a spoon, one with a Phillips head screwdriver, one that is long enough to cut cake and I can lend it to other people, for some reason they always come to me when they need a knife), and a screwdriver, and oh, this is a sun multifunctional tool, besides the tools needed to disassemble a sun workstation there is a beer opener on it. In my shirt pocket I have this tin box with change in it and a cell phone.

*blushes*

just a book of matches...now if you asked what was in my purse, I wouldn't have room to write it all!

A possibly more interesting thread (not that this isn't) would be "What's in your kids pockets". Now that would make for some fascinating reading if other peoples kids are anything like mine.

My pockets will sometimes have a hot wheels car or littlest pet shop. A ponytail holder. But usually they contain only lint, and the occasional gum wrapper.

i'm one of those weird chicks that only carries a purse when i have more than i can fit into my pockets. and trust me i will stuff those tings until i'm bulging.

edit: i also noticed i'm the only one with smokes in her pocket. :-(

Spectacles, testicles, wallet and watch.

Rocks. I can almost guarantee that there will be rocks in my daughter's pockets. We took her to an exotic animal refuge on Mother's Day this Sunday, and even in front of the tiger enclosure, she was stopping to look at rocks.

Maybe the habit will stick with her and she'll end up hanging out with the likes of Tundra and Chinook when she's older. God help us!
