Look at the leader board. I'm #1 everywhere. I love doing this stuff. My kids think I'm obsessed. Even if there were no karma points, I would still post like a madman. I was #1 on other boards too. I know I need to slow down but I found the Internet... and
it is gold. I can't explain it. I don't feel I'm in a competition to be on top(maybe in a sexual situation). My work here is done. I have to back away from the keyboard. I'm not quiting, just reassessing my time spent on the web. See you tomorrow.

Hahaha... well, I for one thank you for it. I have been trolling around the interweb, well since I had a 300 baud modem and a couple of phreaked lines from the corner switch. I love plime. this site is right up my alley. I work long and hard and while I work, I have to render sequences, so I just keep my laptop open and check up every so often.. and usually I am rewarded with a nice little plime treat. So, I guess as long as you are getting your responsibilities taken care of and you manage to get out into the sun every so often. I think you'll be okay.. Don't worry about your kids, your teaching them to not have unhealthy obsessions by your actions! Hahahaha....

Word.

You keep things interesting, Bornbad..and that's a compliment. :) Whether or not you're obsessed, only you and your kids can say..but balance and moderation are a good thing, for anyone..there are too many cool things outside the net to discover and enjoy. Maybe you just need more hours in the day, lol..I wish for that all the time. :)

Funny. This coming from someone, who in the early days of Plime, complained about some users who "posted too much."

Before you get your panties in a wad, I'm kidding. You don't just post every obvious "breaking" news of the day from Yahoo. You spread it around.

Thanx, Tom. You know my life is going through some sh!t right now. I forgot to call my sister because I was surfing and lost track of time. I really do need to take a look at what I'm doing with my time. I get online...and, 2 hours have gone by. Anybody have some methadone that they can spare...I thought not. I'm here for a while. I just need to tie up a few threads in my 'real' life. Thanx, everybody. You are a good group of peeps!(teaya, it took more than 12 hours) I haven't been here all day today and I'm still #1. You guys rock.

Yeah, it is addicting, isn't it? Hang in there, dude. Life's a vicious cycle and it'll come around again. The highest high followed by the lowest low followed by the highest high ad infinitum.

I often find myself doing similar things - especially when I'm trying to avoid something. I'll go nuts-to-the-wall for a while, master it, then move on.

I've already slowed myself down around here for similar reasons you gave.
