Worth1000 is old code, written mostly by me when I was first learning how. As far as securing it, we are not a bank. We're just a fun place to play with pictures and part of the same trust we extend that people won't upload bad pictures is that they won't try to hack the site as well. We're really just about having fun. And yes we know that there are holes. Everytime we patch one, someone else discovers another. To date though, this hacker is the first to act destructive. Everyone else was kind enough to point out the holes to us.

Why is the "Chinese hackers" line funny to you? Are you trying to imply the hack was you?

If it's you, or anyone who reads this post, can you please stop? I'm not threatening anything, just asking really nicely. You kept me up all night, ruined my personal vacation away with my wife, and inconvenienced a lot of people who come to the site just to relax and have fun. I don't hold any ill will though.
