OK here is my little addition...I have one of these every day:
A full mug of cappuccino. If you do not have your own machine, I highly recommend it. They are only like 80 bucks and Christmas is what, two days away?
And yes, that means that I have what the directions call 4 servings of espresso with steamed milk daily. What of it?

:) So, Moe, I take it that means you'd like to try them? More baking is scheduled for this weekend.
We made friends with a few Indian exchange students and they have introduced me to the wonderful world of curry, and naan. The chicken curry look delicious soreen. Are those raisins in it?
Also, great shots of the English muffin. My aunt makes goat cheese and sometimes flavors it with dill. Great on a bagel with a hot cup of coffee.
«meggysue : Soreen, I took your advice and had curry and naan... and korma. All were delish! Now I must have more.
I'm glad :) Now I wish I'd have suggested a Mango Lassi too; you'll have to go again. I never managed to make Naan this weekend, so I'll have to either go out to eat, or set aside a little more kitchen time for myself.

Yup, I always like to put raisins or some other kind of dried fruit in; not many others like it though, so it really is a personal taste thing, I quite enjoy the contrast between the sweet of the fruit and the spiciness of the curry itself.
I really wasn't following a recipe, but the basic ingredients were onions, jalapeno peppers, chicken, raisins, a couple of cans of tomatoes, a can of tomato paste, garlic and ginger..
