I don't know about it being extremely gross... but I will agree it'd be salty.

That's where THIS comes in... ;)

You asked, I gave you my opinion. ;) Give me some toast and a little bit of caviar and I'm good, but I'll pass on the burger.

Forbidden vodka?

Wouldn't be the first time he's had testicles in his mouth.

Man I actually google mapped it to see if it was feasible. 5 1/2 hours.... I'm considering it.

Now that's impressive... you must really like cheese ;)

Let me know if you do decide to go, or take a look at their other classes

they're about 45 mins from me, give or take.

edit:-

Alternatively, if you just want to learn to make cheese, neither ricotta nor mozzarella are too difficult. go buy a few things (cheese cloth, thermometer, rennet, citric acid) and have some fun in the kitchen.

will give you a few recipes, junket rennet tablets can be found in the jello section of most supermarkets, or I find vegetarian in the 'healthy' baking section of my local Wegmans.

I get citric acid from my local healthfoods store in the spice section.

has a little more info.

Enjoy ;)
