I quit when I realised that I had no idea how to get to work.

Well, that was awful.
I drive a pretty decent car for working at McD's tho.

I didn't even make it to work the first day. I should make one of these for my day. Complete with WACOM work.

I don't like it....my mother would never approve.

i find these simulation games ironic. i couldn't play the sims 2 anymore when i realized that.

I had that same feeling with the first Sims. Everyday he got up and went to work - poor little chap didn't even have weekends.

It was shortly after the futile mundanity of his life sank in that I stopped playing it.

Not immediately though.

I worked out how to get him to kill first of all. Then I quit.


Anyone slightly disturbed by that probably doesn't need to know that when I created him I named him Ed Gein.

I agree. I played the first Sims for a total of about an hour and a half. Took me about a week's salary to finally be able to afford my first and only appliance - a toaster oven so I could have a hot breakfast.

The first night I owned it, someone broke in the house and stole it.

Sims 2 --> ctrl+c or ctrl+shift+c, I forget --> "kaching" --> "close"

I forgot that there are people in the world who don't use cheats while playing Sims.
