i am unable to get you what does this karma means and i need to update my profile and how

members can click on the up and down arrows next to everything you post. Up clicks give you Karma and eventually your level goes up so that when you give others upclicks you give them more Karma. You get more "powerful" There is nothing you need to do except contribute and your Karma will go up as you post. Click "account settings" and then "biography" to update your profile.

Members can also take a few minutes and scan through the FAQ's (link on the right of the page), where many of the most basic questions are answered.

Do you mean "account settings"?

If so, you are blocked from adding and avatar until you reach a higher karma level. You can gain karma by reading the first page of this thread again and following the advice there-in.

If that's not what you're asking, please clarify. I'm not sure what you mean by "account link".

Side note:

One of the many meanings of the homonym "post" in German is "post" as in "fence post", which again can be used to describe a person's intellect.

Where does "double post" fit in there? Is it better or worse than a single post?
