« maven:So which is considered the right thing to do? I was taught,in Colorado, that you DO NOT get out of the car. Period. Then I got pulled over in Wyoming and had the cop yell at me for not getting out and going back to his car. Then I got pulled over and had a gun drawn on me because I opened the door because my window was busted and wouldn't roll down.

SO which is it? Sit in the car and wait for the cop, go meet them, what?

Nunkii--they were totally looking for someone, most likely somebody who matched you description in some way, even if just gender or age. Can be scary, but glad that was all that happened!
Generally speaking, the best thing to ALWAYS do, when pulled over, is to roll down your window enough to speak and hand your lisence/registration through and remain seated with your hands IN PLAIN SIGHT on the steering wheel.

The cop screaming at you for not getting out of the car and coming to you was an idiot or a bully.

NEVER get out of your car quickly, it makes cops very nervous. They have to basically assume that everyone they speak to is armed and a heartbeat from drawing that weapon.

The more subservient you are, the more at ease they'll (usually) be.

The first time I was stopped by the police here in the US I did by reflex what I was expected to do the last years in my life in this situation, well, those years were not in the US. I stepped out, put my hands on the top of the car leaning a bit forward, and assuming a wide stance. The policeman took it as a joke; when he realized I am from an other continent he explained that all I have to do is to roll down the window and put both hands on the steering wheel, and after that just follow instructions.

Not right now, but yes, there were pics posted that were not. I think most have been removed by request.

I think a NSFW one could be fun, as long as people didnt get to crazy lol. Am I alone on that one?

I don't want that here. Who would decide what was "crazy"?

I'm certain Jax wouldn't like it either.

Alone?

Probably not...But I think it's a terrible idea. It would soon cross the line that Jax has established, and be full of drama with people saying something is 'artistic' nudity and others saying it's not.

For me, I'd rather NOT have that, and pictures like that will get plime further up on the 'contains naughty things' list than it already is, meaning more and more work places will block it. Plime is already categorized as being an adult site.

i have been around the internet several bajillion times since 1996: nude pic threads on forums cause drama.

some people are more attractive than others, which means some people's posts are going to draw more attention and interest, and that makes people who don't draw so much attention feel pretty bad.

Also, and it's impossible to stress this enough, posting pics of your naughties on the internet is something you really want to think through, because that s**t gets everywhere.
