I got a package of cookies today!! No, wait. That wasn't me, that was Bingo.

Facebook-this week! I've had 5 or 6 old friends get in touch with me. At least 30 years since I've seen any of them. Two are ex-girlfriends from when I was 12 or 13. The era I like to call 'The pimple years'.

A clown made a pass at me at the circus today. I bought popcorn for my son and he picked up a loose kernel and offered to put it in my mouth.

It takes a confident man to make a move on a woman while wearing a bright orange wig and big red nose.

*heh* Funny...

That guy is a keeper. I mean it, you better grab him now while you have the chance.

THEN, if you ever see an ex-bf...and he says "Oh yea, who you dating NOW?!? Some CLOWN I bet.", you can look him dead in the eye and say "Actually yes!"

My chihuahuas were terrified of all the fireworks tonight.

But that's not what made me smile. All three of them followed me ev-er-y-where I went... :) Proves who they love the best!

I went out in the backyard just now. As I walked out I saw the hummingbird up in the grapefruit tree lift off, look at me, and settle back down. He wanted to hit the feeder, but was afraid.

I walked around a little bit and just as I went inside, I looked at him in the tree. He was staring at me. So I walked up to the feeder and stuck my nose on the little flowers that have the holes the juice comes through. I did that a few times like I was drinking out of it. Then I walked away to go in the house.

Just as I opened the back door, I heard the unmistakable chirp of a pissed off hummingbird. I turned around and there he was sipping from the feeder. He only stayed about 10 seconds but took a drink...hovered back and looked at me...then repeated that process.

Guess I made him mad and he had to show me who's feeder it was. :O)
