Not the only point in the song, but at 4:43 there's always a shiver that starts in the hair on the top of my head and goes all the way down my spine, into my legs and onto my feet.

On a not entirely related note, after about the 9th hour of the instrumental part it fades out. That recently gave me the impression that this was because they had no idea how to end it. Further, I like to believe that as they had no idea how to end it they never did and somewhere they're still playing it.

I translated it all by myself by typing Ievans polkka into google. Came up with a site with the lyrics and the translation.

I think its about a girl sneaking off to "dance" with the young lad from next door.

It may be depressing, spiritual, vicious, or just really beautiful.

I'll start
