Tell us about something that pisses you off...for me, I can't stand when coworkers bring their damn gossip magazines to work and leave them in the break room. Honestly, do you really subscribe to all those crappy magazines? There has got to be at least 2 dozen or more magazines in the break room - I feel like taking them and dumping them in her cubicle.

Apostrophes, misuse of. For God's sake, people, you do not use apostrophes for plurals. Learn the rules of English, or I will...kill you...with a dictionary!
It just really annoys me when people - even multinational companies - can't put a little symbol where it's needed.

I have to agree with language issues. But in my case unfortunately the perpetrators have a good reason. I'm in an international university, but in Holland. There are just some common Enlish language mistakes Dutch people make that irritate me a lot. One of them is "making exams" instead of doing exams or sitting exams.
Oh and another one is a personal thing. I'm an energetic person. I get up early usually, I do the stuff I have to do, I notice when things are not right, I remember duties (taking trash out, picking up mail etc.). My housemates on the other hand are slow and drowsy half the time, and they never see things around the house. Irritates the c*** out of me.

I'm going back to work now. I find that 'griping' or 'venting' helps to relieve stress. it's a healthy way of releasing anger, as opposed to letting anger build up inside and then physically taking your anger out on others...

The shoddy work ethic that seems to have infected a large number of people really pisses me off, though. So many people just expect to get by putting in only a minimal effort... arrgh!

I'm slow and drowsy most of the time, but hey - I'll get to the stuff that needs doing. Eventually.

I went to work at this place once (years ago), and it took me two weeks to figure out what this one guy's job was. He was usually just walking aimlessly around and talking to random people. Come to find out, he did have an actual job title, but he never worked. He was just there for the paycheck, and since it was union they couldn't fire him.
That always used to piss me off. I work for a living, unlike a lot of people these days. Meh.

People who talk to me like I'm mentally disabled.
People who spit. I mean for chrissakes, how badly do you need to remove excess saliva? And if you absolutely are about to drown in your own drool, at least be kind enough to spit somewhere besides the ground directly in front a park bench.
Woman who nurse their babies in public and don't drape a towel over the spectacle.

Rhode Island pisses me off. I just hate the place. Sorry, all you Rhodents out there!
But what really pisses me of is when my best friend asks me what I want to do for my birthday (lunch and a movie) and then tells me that she has to be home by 3 p.m. (the movie won't even be over until 3:30) so she can do her laundry (because she feels uncomfortable doing her laundry when her landlady is home, even though her landlady is a pretty nice person and doesn't say one way or the other whether my friend should do her laundry when the landlady is home or not) and then my friend doesn't call me for five months and when I call her most of the time she doesn't answer and she never calls me back and if she does answer the phone she's too busy to do anything because she has to go out with a friend from work on Saturday and on Sunday she has to go to church and do the errands that she didn't do on Saturday and then she has to call her family and friends (by the way, that doesn't include me) and talk to each of them for an hour and if she calls me in a couple of weeks so we can go out to celebrate her birthday I'm going to say "Well, let's do what we did for my birthday! That was just so much fun!" because it's been five months and we still haven't celebrated my birthday because she won't call me or even e-mail me and when I call her I feel like I'm invading her privacy, even if I only call once a week and she never answers.
Run-on sentences piss me off too.

Being taxed to support welfare programs I don't believe in. I hear you on that one! I'm seriously considering moving to Alaska, because I get taxed a redonkulous amount living here in Canada. I completely support basic government programs; I like having basic health care and schooling subsidized, but the $1Billion gun registry program? Unbelievable. Welfare - and by this I mean supporting the lazy members of our society who could try and work but just won't? No thanks. The proposed government-funded daycare system? Hells no! [This system won't give any credit to stay-at-home parents, which is my gigantic criticism of it].
