I have a theme suggestion for next week. My two best friends and I all have our own fears, zombies, ninjas, and cockroaches, respectively.
So, the theme moving from zombies to ninjas, was pretty awesome, in a terrifying way.
Due to the fact that roaches are pretty interesting, think that they could be a theme one day? The cycle will then be completed. :d

Heh, I remember when I first moved to Florida people tried to tell me the roaches there were "palmetto bugs". Sounds harmless, tropical, even cute, doesn't it - palmetto bugs my A$$! That's a giant cockroach! I'm not scared of bugs, but I learned. Ugh.
Actually if I could get a screencap of "Face Like a Frog" there's a nifty bit in the song "Where the cockaroaches dance / you can wallow in romance / but don't go in the basement" that would make a good icon.

In Hawaii, they're even bigger and they fly out of the bushes at you! ...sound like little gas powered airplanes.
One flew out of a shrub and got tangled up in my friends hair once. I almost pissed my pants laughing (but was plenty relieved that it missed my head and got his).

In Florida the roaches are so big if you try to smack one with your shoe it just laughs and throws the footwear back at you.

Oh, shazam! We are never going to hawaii, or florida...
While the facts about them can be kinda cool, they're still scary as Jesus alone with a tool set and some roman soldiers. ...
Well that was kinda horrible.
At any rate, they can survive a nuclear attack, can survive a little over two weeks with no head(only because they starve), and even if you kill them, they reproduce even more(smashing them spreads the eggs inside of them all over).
Disgusting, but fun/teriffying to read about.

Roaches - maybe.
But I like my idea more: seeing as it'll be Friday 13th, horror movies or other scary stuff is what I think should be the theme for FAF.

I'm in for the roaches theme.
As much as I hate roaches, they're really fascinating creatures. Being manager for the Raid brand of insecticides has given me the chance to learn cool facts about these suckers.
Plus the Raid cartoon bugs are AWESOME.

I can NOT stand roaches! My first apartment was infested with them--in the oven, climbing the walls, climbing up the bed linens...(and there was never any food in that place, except in the fridge).I'm shuddering now just remembering.
