gammerus posted to Worth that she hasn't been able to log into Plime for a few days..she posted about it to the Plime forum there and also messaged Jax, even re-registered but so far is still stuck 'outside'. I thought there might be a 'Contact Us' link, or staff contact emails but haven't found any. I suggested she site message iz via Worth but is there another, better way to communicate problems like this?

I could not log into plime for a few days, and when I came back I have leveled up. I think there were not many votes on my older posts. Is it possible, that people who voted up me earlier leveled up, so the total ups I got became larger, and this trowed over the next threshold?

On the headline, next to the envelop that turns yellow when I got mail, there is a star. In the star there is a number. It is different from my level. Currently it shows 15, my level is since a while 16. Can someone tell me what it is for?
=== Edit
It turns out that should be my level, but I had to log off, log in to make it show the actual state.

Spamtrap, I've noticed that too. In addition, you will continue to affect posts at your previous Karma UNTIL you log off and log back on

The faq looks pretty finished to me. It should probably be posted "officially" with some kind of disclaimer so folks don't have to go through a forum thread. Just a thought.

Did we ever decide if there needed to be a guideline about content of usernames? I'm not sure if names containing profanity are already filtered out by the system, but if they aren't, we need to have a rule about that.
Also a rule about spammy names so we don't have a rehash of our recent debate.

What username should I choose?
Well, that's really up to you. Your username will be visible on all of your posts, so make sure it's something that you like and are comfortable with. Some people create a name based on their interests or skills, or something related to their personality. Others might choose something relating to their favorite novel, movie, game, or television program. Think of your chosen username as your "Plime name", as other Plime users will probably refer to you by your username.
Here are a few rules to keep in mind when choosing your Plime username:
Usernames are limited to alphanumeric characters (A-Z and 0-9) only, and may contain both capital and lower case letters.
Do not choose a name that others might find offensive. Profanity, racial or ethnic slurs, hateful language, or sexualy explicit names are NOT allowed.
In accordance with Plime's rules against spamming (link to spam regulations, here), your username may not be used as an advertisement for your personal or business website. For example: the usernames wwwPLIMEdotcom or Plimedotcom would NOT be allowed, but the usernames Plime, PlimeRulez, or ilovePlime would be.

Hit it any time and click "Compose New" to send someone a PM. =]
