So I'm building up to the hype of Grindhouse.
(No spoilers on the movie please, there's a chance I won't see it for a couple more months at least until it arrives to Venezuela).
But I have gotten into exploitation movies for the fun of it, because I used to like them and I'm kind of rediscovering them.
So far I've seen Ilsa She Wolf of the SS and Cannibal Holocaust. One of my favorites from years ago is Caged Heat.

"El Topo" and "Santa Sangre", both by Jodorowksy, are two of my all-time favs for the genre. Vicious, filthy, nasty, squirm-inducing freakouts, both of them. Don't expect them to make any sense, just sit back and enjoy the ride. I beleive they're both getting nice pristine DVD releases pretty soon; my copies are subtitled bootlegs, which might be a better format to watch them in. The next step up from a run down old cockroach-infested theater.
If you like Asian films, it's hard to beat "Ichi the Killer" (the first one is better than the many, many sequels/prequels).
I'd also recommend "Re-Animator", which is actually quite well made and entertaining, a cut above most 80's low budget horror movies, and features the infamous scene of a decapitated zombie head giving a girl, uh, head.
There's an upcoming remake of "The Wizard of Gore" that looks excellent, although I have to reserve opinion until I actually see it. It would be hard to beat Crispin Glover as a stage magician who actually DOES saw girls (played by the goth models, the Suicide Girls) in half.
And speaking of Glover, if you ever get a chance to catch his Big Slideshow and see his film "What Is It?", go see it!!! This is possibly the weirdest, most thought-provoking thing ever set down on film and if nothing else, you can enjoy seeing the wimps in the audience get freaked out by it.
