How to upload images to Plime

<![CDATA[favorablydisposed @ 4/4/2008 5:15:31 PM]]>http://www.plime.com/f/3839/1/rss0_91.rss#q1Avatars or thumbnail pictures on Plime need to be square. For that reason, Plime has a built-in image cropping tool. Unfortunately, this tool doesn't work for many people for some unknown reason.
Here's the workaround - satisfaction guaranteed:

Load the picture you want to use into the image editor of your choice. Crop it to an exact square: It doesn't matter whether it's 90x90 or 467x467 or 4x4 - just make sure that a=b, nkey?

Save the cropped image to your hard drive and upload it from there. Hit "submit" - done.

By the way, the Plime image library is huge by now. If you don't find a proper image among the suggestions made by Plime, try adding a few more descriptive tags (you can remove them again before submitting the link once you've found a pic).
