It is pretty easy to use, but experienced Flash users will be frustrated by its limitations. But if you're in it just for the fun, it does the job without having to go to school or invest hundreds of dollars for Flash.

The online tutorials are helpful, if a little outdated looking. Some of the example links aren't working right, and the applet versions don't look as good as the Flash objects. You can try it for 30 days for free, but in the trial version you cannot convert a saved project as a file that can be uploaded to the web (but you can preview it inside the program's viewer).
