I've known a few people that have drank their urine before... all for the replentishment of electrolytes and such reasons (psylocybin mushroom 'juice' sharing too), and to my knowlege, anyway, facing East didn't come into play.
I'll tell you what, though, it's a good way to keep roommates from 'ganking' ANY thing of yours from the fridge...
