This just sounds way too weird for me. I will just use my shower gel, it seems to work pretty good. Why do I think "piranha" when I see this? Maybe I am just paranoid.

This is a symbionic relationship at its finest and I'd love to try it out!
I remember being a kid and swimming in my little swimming hole at the lake and having little pickerel (I think you all might call them walleye) fry swim up and exfoliate my legs.
It prickled, but it was so cool!

This is great...It's a Flintstones style solution to dry skin. I hope someday all necessary household tasks(and unnecessary ones) are solved by happy little creatures and humans can be even lazier, which is my ultimate goal.
(not that getting fish to eat your dead skin makes you lazy)

The fish would come and nibble at our fingers.
Once you get over the initial fear then shock, it's a very soothing, pleasant sensation.
So it's sort of what your sister paid for, but I was getting paid to have it happen to me.
