Sometimes when you run a search on the internet you get some very unexpected and disturbing results.

I was searching for an image of Oompa Loompas for a lame joke in a post about a car that runs on chocolate, I came across a very disturbing image.

I know I am not the first this has happened to, and I am sure I won't be the last. This has probably even happened to YOU.

What happened to you? It wakes you up at night sometimes, doesn't it? That single haunting image impressing itself upon your dreams.

DEP...putting the link to the Google search for Oompa Loompas and warning that what you see you will never unsee is a tricky little trick. It reminds me of the times in my life when someone says, "Ewww the milk has gone bad, here smell it." The draw to actually smell it is strong, even though I have been warned and even though experience has taught me I will not like it. Alas though, gray has begun to develop in my beard and I am wiser now than I was a few years ago. I no longer smell the offending soured milk and I will not look at your Oompa Loompas!

Can't find it right now, but there was a thread about Google Image search terms that turn up unexpectedly obscene images. More recently I've been wondering if there are any words that don't turn up at least one dubious image before the end of the first results page.

Would they suffocate?

I too have chosen not to check out poops Oompa Loopma's. I feel I have chosen wisely. I have a love hate relationship with google. I love how I can google ANYTHING! I hate how my children can google something innocent and risk seeing something that isn't. I googled Miss Piggy a while back. And saw disturbing images there. Seriously, what the....????

What are you guys talking about. I have obviously checked it, and the only disturbing (NSFW) thing I have seen was the 8th and 9th images on the page, but hey Oompa Loompas deserve to get a break sometimes too. (I refuse to link to the 9th, look it up for yourself if you want to)
