What is the air-speed velocity of an unladen swallow ?

Do not search "Swallow" (the bird) in google image... never

Here's what went back and forth between the voices in my head:
"Oh, crap - click the X button, fast..."
"Wait! This page is taking up the whole monitor, and there are no toolbars! What do I do now?"
"Uh... Uh... Turn off the monitor! That'll buy me some time!"
"OK, monitor's off. Now what?"
"I don't know!"
"Oh, well. Time for a hard reboot. Hope I didn't forget to save anything..."

I was searching for an image of Oompa Loompas for a lame joke in a post about a car that runs on chocolate, I came across a very disturbing image.

I know I am not the first this has happened to, and I am sure I won't be the last. This has probably even happened to YOU.

What happened to you? It wakes you up at night sometimes, doesn't it? That single haunting image impressing itself upon your dreams.
