here in India a low cost airline 'Spice air' denied that any of its baggage handlers rob! said they are checked when they leave!

well some of our stuff was missing last year. finally we got a check of 1/3 the amount of what was missing. it was too small - some $20 worth if stuff to bother with a police complaint.
