Also, Opera is a freaking stalker whom you can never truly erase from your life (hard disk).

Netscape is all but dead. They quit updating it in 2007 and terminated support last year. So in keeping with the theme:

Netscape is terminally ill. The doctors quit administering medications some time back and now they've removed the feeding tubes.

My first one was Mosaic,
later I used mostly Netscape,
for a while I used IE 2.0 on Solaris platform,
because I like this weird (kinky?) things.
I heard some kind of masochistic guy ported IE to ubuntu.
I have tried Safari too a few times just for the experience.
Later I used Opera on the side a lot besides IE and Netscape/Mozilla/Firefox, or whatever browser I happened to use. Opera eventually became my main browser until not very long ago I have switched from Opera to Chrome.
About a week ago I have tried to install again Mosaic for old times sake, but I could not make it work.

I use Maxthon... all the features of Firefox with the simplicity of IE, good times ;)

I've tried the rest but they just weren't good enough.

My first girlfriend was Lynx, she wasn't much to look at, but she knew a lot of stuff that kept the relationship interesting. She was my first time.

I went to Netscape after that, she was pretty (compared to my last girlfriend) and showed me stuff that I had never seen before. She was too stuck in her ways and later died because of it. Luckily she had a daughter before she went... I wouldn't know about the daughter until later after I swung with...

Internet Explorer. Now THERE was a browser. She was pretty, she was easy, she was fast, she never got me infected, but I heard a number of other people used her without protection and ended up with some nasty side effects.

Then I met my current love, Netscape's daughter. Firefox. I occasionally will go back to IE, but it's only to get the 'few' things that FF won't do for me.

...

I also had a one-night-stand with Trollbrowser. It was a lot like 'The Bride of Frankenstein', I made her myself, had a lot of fun making her work, but it was too much of a hassle to keep her running and had to abandon the project. A great experience nontheless.
