Sigh... after a few pages of reading about his own qualifications I gave up. I'll try later, but I'm waiting for the 'Help' he's offering and less about 'This is who I am and why my predictions should be listened to.'

Each of his paragraphs stay on the topic outlined by it's first sentence. Keeping this in mind you can quickly find out if you want to skip that paragraph or not. It takes him a while but he does give some good information eventually.
