I commend him for doing this. It is good that he is making those responsible face consequences for their failures - even those at the top.

I would hope that Obama has the strength of will and integrity to also make the union take some extremely severe cuts to their income/benefits. Cuts that would make more economic and business sense and would be based on the market instead of strong arm techniques.

What the hell is the president doing "requesting" people to resign, nevertheless restructuring businesses.
Really, do we want so much government control? Want to see car companies managed by the government? Look at Russia's old cars and china's current cars? (you know, the 0 and 1 star crash rating cars)
