indeed. four out of five 'facts' reads like information i've heard from other articles, and doesn't allude to what this article title promises. it seems to me that popular wisdom says exercise in the early morning (at least, the exercise programs i like to watch that air on tv comes on at 6-8am); the last fact in the article references 4-7pm, because thats when the olympic tournaments are held. but i don't get why that's a good time for regular chunky people like me should exercise ...
