Am I the only one who thinks some people fail the turing test, not in the way that makes them AI, just in the way that indicates they aren't human?

Ramkissoon is still brainwashed by the cult and will undergo two eight-hour sessions of "deprogramming" with a cult expert after she is released.
After? shouldn't they be working on this immediately?

I say we let her have her way. Punish her to the full extent of the law unless the child comes back. If it does, then the definition of death itself becomes moot, say nothing of our legal system. And what better way to show religious acceptance? If you kill something and it randomly UN-dies, than we do not care.

no there are something that we accept and some we do not. if you want to experiment, then do so on an adult (if they agree which am not sure anyone but a brainwashed cult *may*). its something that is not done. no way. what is the message your trying to send out? oh it did not work out today but some other crazy person can try again on a baby again?

If you add that kind of clause, how long do we have to wait until it's proved that it doesn't work. I love the line "if everyone believed and had enough faith" ...it gave me flashbacks to "Leap of Faith" with Steve Martin.

I'm implying that there is no way it's going to happen, but maybe that got glazed over.
