?? How incredibly stupid !! One of the reasons to legalize prostitution (besides the fact that there is no legitimate logical reason for it to be illegal) is that revenue it brings in. The revenue which offsets the bad taste it may give to some.

Not taxing it is a horrible disservice to the taxpayers.

Well actually upon being educated by a Nevada resident it makes perfect sense that brothels are not taxed.

Services are not taxed in Nevada unlike in some states. If you install car stereos you tax on the stereo but you don't charge any taxes on your labor.

Charging brothels because of their service would set a precedent to start taxing other services.

Instead of taxing them, perhaps the license fee for brothels should be raised

i dont' know any men who have been serviced by a prostitute, but i'm sure there's enough men who view those women as products they are buying, using, and disposing. those men can pay the tax.
