Two things.

Firstly, if your "relationship" has deteriorated so far that you're putting menstrual blood in food then it is never going to recover.

Secondly, if you start thinking putting menstrual blood in anything is going to help the situation then you're never going to recover.

very interesting question ... i think that finding semen in my food is more gross than finding menstraul blood, but i'm a woman myself. menstral blood comes out of my own body, but not semen.

Yea, I'm gonna go with equally gross.

Blood, on pretty much any level, is icky to be eaten (to me; keep your black pudding, pock). Particularly blood that has bits of flesh floating in it.

I once had rolls that smelled like semen (...no, will not elaborate) and it turned my stomach. 'course, you can't exactly ask your neighbor at a restaurant: "Do these smell like semen to you? Thanks!"
