couple of things.

First of all I am NOT CONDONING his actions!

That being said, how is Arizona or the US for that matter bringing him up on charges?

Japan, Korea, and Thailand are not exactly within Arizona's jurisdiction.

It doesn't say how young the kids were. Unless they were very young, prepubescent young, they would have to prove that the individuals were minors.

Also you still get the legal problem of the definition of minor. Do we use Arizona's definition, or the country that he was in.

No, no matter how despictible the crime, Arizona has no right punishing him for actions that were done outside their jurisdiction.
