Why hasn't this been done before? I ave wealthy relatives that drink and drive all the time, maybe something like this might actually help curb it.

Finland does the same thing, fines based on income. March this year a guy got $152,000 speeding ticket for going 50 mph in 40 mph zone.

The small fines just aren't enough deterrent to people with a lot of money. I think it's a great idea.
