Yes. I've seen the original before and after it was manipulated. Besides, the length of the finger is a dead giveaway.

Ah, I see. I know there's a connection between the back of the throat and the eye so conceivably something like that could be done - there was an old sideshow act where a guy would inhale smoke and blow it out of the corner of his eye.

The "five babies" one was a hoax.
