They already use this system here in Holland for testing speeding. They have a system that measures a certain track on the road. They measure the time you enter and the time you leave. If the time's too short, you get a horrible envelope in your house in a few weeks.

Wow - I hate to be seen as overreacting, but that feels big-brothery, Ankabout.

From what I can tell, England's gone pretty far down the big brother road these days, too.

Freaky stuff.
