The lawsuit against MySpace and MySpace user Pete Solis by a 14 year old girl has been dismissed by a Federal judge. The lawsuit, brought by the girl's family, and followed by copycat lawsuits against MySpace by three other families, alleged that Pete Solis lied about his age in order to gain the girl's confidence, and that Pete Solis than sexually assaulted the girl.
