Is it really unreasonable to require by law that anyone voting on a bill must have had sufficient time tor read, review, and to fully understand the bill they are voting on?

They don't give enough time to read it, because then it excuses them for voting for a bad bill. They can claim "I wasn't give enough time to read it."

Shame on Nancy Pelosi. Shame on Harry Reid.

and if Obama signs this bill without giving the 5 days he promise, Shame on him.

This congress is pissing me off more than Bush ever did. And that's saying a lot.
