Also, I think it's been a little too soft, apparently the matchmaking is having trouble finding us level 1s a match with all the people who have been playing closed beta a bit ahead of us.

That I had noticed.

I tried every class of hero and have now run out of heroes to try and I still can't get a match.

I personally think the problem is the opposite of what you think it is: there are too many new players so there aren't enough spots available.

I'm one of those who had the fortune of playing in the beta phase and my highest level character had problems finding a game to join as well.

Anyway, keep trying, you'll get through eventually :-)

@dingbat: your class doesn't really matter when you want to join a server. I've seen it happen that you run across a group of 6 commando's, a gunner and a soldier. Let me tell you, that's bloody hard! Those commando's love nothing better than turning invisible
