I both hate and love these things at the same time.

I hate them because they're persistent little b*****ds who always managed to find a way into my house, and are a pain in the ass to stop. Not to mention you can't escape them by moving, because they're EVERYWHERE.

However, they're also one of the most successful species on this planet, which probably has a lot to do with them working as one massive colony, rather than competing with each-other. They're absolutely fascinating.
