There are tiny faerie houses around a little town I live near(Milford). Except that sometimes they're there and sometimes they're not.. and they're built on the sides of businesses and occasionally the homes in the area.

I think you're missing the point.

They're not for 'use' so much as for art and whimsy's sake. And, people might enjoy making them. It's a great activity to do with your kids, you go outdoors together and collect stuff and make it into an imagination-inspiring object that can be kept indoors or out, doesn't cost anything, yadda yadda yadda. :) Shall I go on?

I got you. I don't have any kids, although I'm sure my husky would love using it as a chew toy. lol I know a few of my friends that would find these amusing, and they do make great projects for children.
