Pennsylvania State Sen. John Eichelberger (R) outraged the gay community as well as others when in defense of his fight to deny same sex marriages, he said that homosexuals weren't being punished, that "We’re allowing them to exist".
He then outright refused to apologize for such an offensive statement.
