it is only by luck that he was shown to be innocent. Well luck and Big Brother as PulsisX pointed out.

I agree with the comments that said she should have received far more jail time then a few months - of which she will probably only serve half if even that.

I get irritated by the few that express the silly notion that a woman would never lie about being raped.
