The limousine driver, Jim Rogers, grabbed Ms. King and pinned her against his vehicle, her breasts falling out of the tube top she was wearing.
That seemed like a very unusual detail to include. For a moment I questioned the direction the article was going to take.

When he let go of her arms so she could pull her top up, she ran to her car and drove away.
That makes sense of the inclusion, but it does just seem like an odd paragraph.

Not for an Atlantic Canada story that takes place in a Tim Horton's parking lot. This is Canadiana. Despoiling a wedding leaves you open for whatever humiliation the paper wants to dish out.
