Probably being updated to report to Levinworth...

**UPDATE**

Hardly a win for the "birth denyers" or whatever they are calling themselves...

Lt. Col. Maria Quon, U.S. Army Public Affairs Officer, U.S. Army Human Resources Command-St. Louis, said Tuesday evening, Cook was no longer expected to report Wednesday to MacDill Air Force Base in Florida for mobilization to active duty.

"A reserve soldier who volunteers for an active duty tour may ask for a revocation of orders up until the day he is scheduled to report for active duty," Quon said.

So essentially, the guy is a reservist who volunteered for active duty... and is not required to go if he requests a revocation of orders before he has to report. Why he would REQUEST active duty... then file this bulls**t lawsuit remains to be seen.

Interesting article. I especially like how the authors' references are mostly articles from the same website. They also reference Wikipedia at one point, because we all know that Wiki editors are some of the finest scholars in the world.

Hope he doesn't get any of the military. You know, the military that swears to protect the people of america and not just the president.

WND. Ugh.

For a non-lathering-at-the-mouth-wild-eyed account, which actually bothers to include the details about his reserve status, see:

Yeah, World Net Daily is not what I'd consider a reliable source. On another note, John McCain was born in Panama, but allowed to run for president anyway because his parents are U.S. citizens.
