The triangle with the circles is actually part of an air force high altitude bombing range target.

I'm pretty sure the Circle with the star pattern in it (towards the end) is also part of a practice range. That's the "layout" that old Soviet air defense used to protect high value targets. The same pattern is used in training pilots out in the Nevada/New Mexico deserts.

And my favorite... the sunbather on the back patio.
