Wow, this guy's got quite the sales pitch. I've never heard of renting a nice 3 bed 2 bath house for $200/month. I'm almost afraid to visit now as I probably won't come back.

Not really a sales pitch, but fact. I live in Olongapo City in the barrio of Santa Rita. He lives in Cebu City, which is even nicer than here. You can rent an apartment here for around $60 per month.

I had my house built here. It cost me about $50,000 for a 3-bedroom, 3-bath house. Heck, I made more than that from the equity of selling my house in the U.S. that I only lived in for 12 years.
