I like it that they first say an erectile disfunction is likely to be a physiological problem, instead of a psychological problem. That cannot be stressed too often! Go to a doc first before trying the whole viagra / penis pump route.

You see, E.D. can be a psychological problem as well, but in my opinion, stating that too many times will make it less likely for a guy to go to a doc.
