I vote 'right'. He was under the legal limit but was obviously under the influence of something. I can't imagine he has much of a leg to stand on.

He'll probably get out of it and be compensated in some way. This ticks me off, because I'm of the belief that if you break the law, loopholes shouldn't get you off. If you're going to be stupid, you gotta be tough.

There must be more to the story than is being reported in this version.

It is doubtful you would get a judge to sign a warrant giving permission to extract blood and urine from every person who passed a breath test.

As cb stated, it was obvious to the police that the man was under the influence of something. As Bingo stated, they had a warrant. End of story.

happens around here all the time. If you don't agree to a voluntary UA, they will get a court order to procur one, however necessary.
