How do you define 'white' versus 'non-white' in this context?

I'm phenotypically 'white' but I'm three generations from full-blooded Native American. Does that mean I'm 'non-white'?

Yeah, I'd call this a load of crap. They just broke down the entire gamut of races into black and white. Literally and figuratively. Seems racist to me...

Trying to categorize people by color is and always has been stupid...all it does is include people here and exclude people there for no significant reason. Color terms like this should be reserved for paints and crayons, not people and cultures.
